Ah now I follow your logic. You are a different shape to me then. I am an apple. A large one.

cornsilkwearscorsets · 31/10/2009 19:51

lol. Bet you aren't if you can pull off a sequin skirt.

sherby · 31/10/2009 19:51

I love glittery knitwear atm.

Am wearing cropped gold glittery cardi as we speak

AlaskaNebraska · 31/10/2009 19:52

i look fleshy I think

OP posts:
Ronaldinhio · 31/10/2009 19:53

I like the skirt but I think that I have sequin fear of looking like Natalie Cassidy

foxinsocks · 31/10/2009 19:54

fleshy? how do you look fleshy

if you have gorg legs, you should show them off imo. I bloody would if I didn't have legs like tree trunks!

cornsilkwearscorsets · 31/10/2009 19:55

lol at Natalie Cassidy! Fleshy is a good look. You must have good legs to wear that skirt. Mine are awful. I bought a nice sequin skirt a few years ago but a different style, You wouldn't like it - too floaty.

cornsilkwearscorsets · 31/10/2009 20:01

oooh this is my skirt also in an 8

Ronaldinhio · 31/10/2009 20:05

I like it, but to wear with what???

cornsilkwearscorsets · 31/10/2009 20:55

Sequins make everyone who wear them look like marmaid wannabes.

M&S kids wear is full of them atm.

DD loves them for that very reason.

She does have good legs btw and not at all fleshy

largeginandtonic · 31/10/2009 21:34

Mermaid even.

Am now quite tempted by the ebay one - only a couple of hours left, only a fiver for the moment.

However... I am supposed to be trying to give up BLACK tops (ie black nr the face) after comments from my mother.

AND I still fear that I would just look terribly over-dressed in it (or is that under-dresed - am checking the length).

jamaisjedors · 01/11/2009 16:39

Yours is nice too cornsilk.

Is it long? (am 5ft4 but seem to have long body and short legs)

Think it might be below knee-length on me?

CybilLiberty · 01/11/2009 16:49

But soon sequins will be last years....oh I don't know, gypsy skirt?
