have they got nice long-sleeved tshirts for layering but thick enough to wear under a cardi (i.e. not totally see-through or totally underwaer)?

thanks.

No - the quality is rubbish nowadays. Go to M&S instead!

cherryblossoms · 30/10/2009 14:47

There was a thread recently on the M and S long-sleeve T-shirt-for-layering. I have 2 and they really are v. good.

purplepeony · 30/10/2009 16:31

Yes, bought a long sleeved T under pressure from a friend who did same, but going to return it- the cotton is just not nice. I got much nicer ones in Uniqlo and the cotton is finer and seems to have abit of strtetch even though it's 100% cotton- and cheaper too. (London only or web.)

Doyouthinktheysaurus · 30/10/2009 16:36

Uniqlo T-shirts are really good for layering.

Cheaper than Gap aswell.

Gap full of rags imo. Surprinsgly good Ts in Primark,

MustNotEatCake · 30/10/2009 22:30

yep, I was in Gap and left without a single l/s tee.

am thinking will give the M&S ones a whirl. Currently wearing one from White Stuff - nice enough but properly overpriced IMO.

fluffles · 30/10/2009 22:34

i have a couple of nice coloured ones from white stuff but can't bear the price for white ones which will get stained in a few months.

maybe i'll try m&s... can't get over my slightly icky feeling about m&s t-shirts though...

Agree with bike can't beat primark for tshirts, long or short sleeved. My black ones are on their second winter and not fading.

Not bad for £2.50!
