Could I wear this dress for work (teacher) ?

Have just stumbled across this dress in grey or orange.

I really like it (on the model!) but it is drescribed as a mini-dress.

On the other hand, I am only 5ft4 so I reckon it would almost be knee-length!

Whaddya think?

(also does it have sack-like potential? Am size 8-10)

Recieved it today (v. fast, am impressed).

DS1's (age 5) verdict is that it's v. pretty.

The orange is not as bright as in the pictures, I think it is bordering on the dodgy-curtain material side...

I think the colours suit me though.

It IS short, no bending over!

But actually I think it will be lovely to wear out or even to friends' for dinner, need the blue tights and some suitable shoes now!
