I'm a brown eyed brunette and assumed it wouldn't suit me but it does, wooo hoo ! I thought it might be a bit Pat Butcher.

I bought the Bourjois 1001 cils one. I like the fancy brush.

Any other navy lash fans ?

purple too disco diva. Dark navy v. flattering as an eyelash dye colour iirc.

I've got the Benefit blue mascara. I like it very much.

Bought it on a shopping trip when meeting up with another MNetter (odd coincidence that she was on holiday where I was on business) and had a bit of a blowout in Sephora under her bad influence guidance

The Bourjois one is darker than that Bad Gal one, I think.

The Bourjois one was £6.80 (£2 off at the mo in Boots), a total bargain and is lasting well. I'm usually a Dior mascara girl but I'll deffo consider buying a black version of the Bourjois one when my Dior one karks it.

I have a blue one bought from Superdrug in the 'makeup for teenagers for a couple of quid' section to try it out and I like the colour but obviously it's not a great mascara.

I wear an Yves Saint Laurent one in Navy and have brown hair (dyed red actually now) and brown eyes. It makes the whites of the eyes look whiter and is a well established beauty 'trick'.

but the purple isnt dark enought o make lashes long imo/e

I always wear Bad Gal blue, I have dark brown hair and blue eyes and it makes my eyes look blue-er

One layer of black then do the tips in purple.(Note to self get a bloody life!!!!!)
