Hair up or down for interview.

I know it doesn't really matter but...down and sleek and shiny or up in a ponytail?

I have shoulder length straight hair with a sweepy fringe. Looks nice up or down tbh.

Which is better for an interview, or does it not matter as long as I look smart?

I used to wear it up when I had long hair but its a harder choice now it is mid-length.

Its a bit shorter than this now (excuse DH looking gormless) and my fringe is diff but you get the idea of style.

If it makes a diff its for a job in a clinical environment in a hosp.

Thanks! I was worried it would look a bit school girl, but up is def easier for me and less chance of bad hair.
