How do i wear this in my hair?

Going to a fancy christening later today & i have a love fascinator to wear but i dont really know where to put it

I am wearing a dress,heels & my hair is long so i was going to wear it curly but i wasnt sure.

Which of these sound better,

1.Curl hair & clip to one side - but i am not sure if the fascinator goes opposite the curls or on same side.

2.Straight hair & put it in on the left side?

I've done three ways

Straight and with the facinator to the side

Curly bun pinned to one side and the facinator to the opp. side

Bun at the back, heavy fringe and the facinator whichever side felt right.

I love 'em. Just faff around until it feels right but try to find the back and the front of the hat- alot of people get that bit wrong!

Thanks,i have just had a little play round & i think i am going to leave it straight & put it to the side.

I have never worn one before but it really finishes the dress off.
