OP posts:
Scorps · 08/10/2009 16:27

I LOVE them

I would wear them with jeans, plain tops.

TheBolter · 08/10/2009 16:27

FUGGly!

pookamoo · 08/10/2009 16:27

If you are a burglar, to go with the rest of your stripy outfit?

nickytwotimes · 08/10/2009 16:28

My eyes!

Holy Mary, they are bad.

claricebeansmum · 08/10/2009 16:28

As a rule I don't swear on MN but

FFS!

BunnyLebowski · 08/10/2009 16:29

this guy!

Minging beyond belief.

MaryBS · 08/10/2009 16:30

To the zoo perhaps, if you were trying to "pull" a zebra?

cocolepew · 08/10/2009 16:30

I saw a man wearing Uggs. It was just wrong.

Doyouthinktheysaurus · 08/10/2009 16:30

OMG

In a way, I kind of hope I do see someone wearing them...it will bring a smile to my day

They are so bad.

WhereTheWildThingsWere · 08/10/2009 16:32

Oooh, Muggs v. bad.

OP posts:
pushmepullyou · 08/10/2009 16:32

I kind of like them

Don't like 'normal' Uggs as too big and chunky, not to mention the Claire's Accessories tackiness of them.

Have to admit they would only be any good for cold dry days though, which we don't get many of up in the Pennines (dry days that is - plenty of cold ones!)

dexter73 · 08/10/2009 16:38

I like them but only as a pair of slippers. I saw them in the Ugg shop and could not believe the price!

Trikken · 08/10/2009 16:39

it should be 'Eurgh' instead of Ugg.

LaurieFairyCake · 08/10/2009 16:40

I also like them

clearly looking like a twat is my forte

50ftQueenie · 08/10/2009 16:41

I can't understand how anyone can justify charging £100+ for woolen boots. FFS, they're knitted! They're hardly going to keep your feet dry are they? They are for those with more money than sense clearly.

lisad123wantsherquoteinDM · 08/10/2009 16:51

I love them would prefer if they were pink and black striped though

pushmepullyou · 08/10/2009 16:56

I saw them in House of fraser the other week and would have bought them if they'd been lined, but couldn't justify them unlined

deaddei · 08/10/2009 16:58

Boots of Satan.

FabMum1 · 08/10/2009 16:59

Vile!

chattermouse · 08/10/2009 17:50

I like them but would not get them as would not go with many items in my wardrobe - would only look ok with plain black, white or grey clothes i reckon.

NorbertDentressangle · 08/10/2009 17:52

£100+ for a pair of socks with a bit of rubber stuck to the bottom

Heifer · 08/10/2009 17:57

I saw someone wearing those in Liverpool 1 yesterday (or could have been this morning - days become a blur)..

They didn't look bad at all, in fact they actually looked quite nice, honestly!

To be fair though, I think the woman wearing them could make a bin liner look good

FlightAttendant · 08/10/2009 17:59

what is the appeal? You would look like an arctic bee.

FlightAttendant · 08/10/2009 18:02

this is better
