Advice needed for covering those greys!!!

but which home dye to buy?

Salon days are far a few between now and finding the time to get my sister to do her magic is getting trickier.

Really do need to retouch my roots every 4-6 weeks but no idea what to get, would rather do just roots rather than whole head (hair is shoulder length and various tones of sludgy brown).

Any suitable ones out there that cover up greys and are really easy to use?

Clairol Nice n'Easy Root Touch-up is the best dye I've used. Just on your roots and it somehow blends in with the rest of your hair, great stuff and only about a fiver.
