Ive bought this dress

What colour would you wear with it? Im thinking silver?

But I like the black tights with it.

silver would be nice - you need a contrast against the blue as you will never be able to match it

I'd rather have my legs covered, the lady in the pic has black tights, but black tights with silver shoes would look odd?

i would probably wear flesh tights and a turquoise big chunky necklace.
or a maroon big chunky necklace.
but that means you'd need matching shoes and that could be tricky.

there's a lot of turquoise around atthe moment, so you could do it.
