Probably not a lot of other colours, as it's quite busy, but yes I'd wear it with knee-high boots, tights and a chunky cardie and a necklace.

Maybe black boots and grey tights?

I would wear navy leggings and dark brown ballet shoes or brown boots.

You could layer it up with a navy long sleeve tee beneath and/or navy boyfriend cardi.
