Autumn/Winter tops for a stylless, cold fat girl?

have to go shopping as am too cold and fat for all my clothes.

I a clueless.
I wear jeans mostly. Need tops to keep me warm and hide the fat bits (tum, hips, arms, bum etc.

Any ideas of shapes?

Am also poor.

it depends on your shape. i am an apple and it is disaster, more like arthur fowler. therefore it must be rather nice on a pear.

i like a nice v neck with jeans or skirt and tights. or a uniqlo jumper dress with skinny jeans / leggings.

bottom about the same as shoulders. jeans are bootleg ones.
