I am wearing one right now
what is wrong with them?

TheCappster · 21/09/2009 21:11

okay sorry not woolly scarves

kind of little ornamental jobs

what on earth do you do with them

OP posts:
Meglet · 21/09/2009 21:11

Keep them. I have far too many.

SixtyFootDoll · 21/09/2009 21:11

a linen one

Meglet · 21/09/2009 21:12

oh, I don't do pretty scarves. Only wooly ones.

If you mean proper scarves like Hermes then you keep them .

dexter73 · 21/09/2009 21:12

I have so many scarves I could start a scarf shop! I wear them nearly every day!

fishie · 21/09/2009 21:14

early signs are that we wear them very long and woolly.

no idea re little silk jobs, i just carry on until it gets too cold. i have a rather short neck so better not seen in a heavy knit.

TheCappster · 21/09/2009 21:30

you just wear them loose round your neck then?

or tie them?

I never seem to get them right

fishie · 21/09/2009 21:46

me neither. but at least we are trying. sometimes i catch sight of myself in a shop window and whip off scarf in shame.

Alibabaandthe40nappies · 21/09/2009 21:58

dexter - I could share your shop! I have so many, various kinds, lengths and colours. If I laid them all out it would look like a branch of Accessorise.

I rarely wear them though, I like pashminas instead. I know they aren't the done thing any longer but I don't care!

SixtyFootDoll · 21/09/2009 22:00

I fold mine in half
put around back of neck then feed end through the loop
or just loop twice around neck then pull loop bit forward and drape

I have a drawer full of them. The different types are always comig back in to fashion and its the ideal thing to eeep to pass on to DD
