My head says it won't make any difference.

My heart says buy it.

brimfull · 15/09/2009 21:16

OOOOOOOOOOOOh I thought you meant the vibrator cunningly disguised as a mascara!

no to both :O

brimfull · 15/09/2009 21:19

conjures up rather nasty mess

No, haven't tried it but find myself strangely tempted. It must feel bloody weird. We need a guinea pig, dammit.

ThePhantomPlopper · 15/09/2009 21:22

I'm tempted but I was tempted by vibrating razors too and they were just annoying buzzing contraceptions that buzzed themselves off the side of the bath when you forgot to turn them off.

brimfull · 15/09/2009 21:23

yes razors a waste of time

There is something seriously wrong with me today. I can't spell anything!!

They'd probably work quite well as contraception though TBH.

brimfull · 15/09/2009 21:27

arf I didn't even notice tht typo

OP posts:
zazen · 15/09/2009 21:29

Well my hand shakes a bit whenever I'm putting mine on...does that count?
It usually leaves blobs and lumps..

Maybe we should ask Madonna to try and put on mascara (is she does her own anymore) when she's up on her PowerPlate

ggirl.. LOL I thought we all waxed here!

Ewe · 15/09/2009 21:33

I love it! Bought some in New York last year, been addicted ever since.

brimfull · 15/09/2009 21:39

oh ewe well done you

does it lift and seperate?

OP posts:
4andnotout · 15/09/2009 22:27

Hassled i think there are laws against putting make up on guinea pigs

Hassled · 15/09/2009 22:40
Grin
Ewe · 15/09/2009 22:49

Clever gg

It does lift and separate, when I first started wearing it I got LOADS of comments, asked if they were fake etc. I have fairly long but quite fair lashes though, need a tint just to look like I have eyes, can't comment on how well it works on dark lashes.

echt · 16/09/2009 09:54

You can do this without paying for it by shaking your head from side to side while applying it, or by sawing the wand back and forth.
Lauren Luke, who does tips in the Guardian shows how to do it. No link, I'm afraid.

brimfull · 16/09/2009 17:33

echt- yes was thinking thta this am when applying mine but it doesn't really do much.

Methinks i don't shake fast enough.

cornsillk · 16/09/2009 17:36

ewe-is it the lancome one?

SqueezyCheese · 16/09/2009 17:38

You could rest your elbow on the washing machine, mid spin, and get the same effect?

brimfull · 16/09/2009 17:58

no washing machine under worktop lol

OP posts:
Ewe · 16/09/2009 18:32

Yep, Lancome Oscillation.
