Would you wear a grey dress to a wedding?

I've always thought it was a rather drab colour but a friend has just sent me links to a number of dresses that she's considering for a wedding and some of them are grey. Most are beautifully cut but I can't see past the whole officey tone of the colour, no matter how gorgeous the shape.

I worked with a woman who hated grey.Personally I love it, and depending on the dress I would wear it to a wedding, but only a winter wedding.

Oh yes, I wore a gorgeous floaty grey and beaded shift dress to a wedding, perfectly fine imo.
