feetheart, it has gone quiet... sorry!
sunscreen ~ I am trying
No booze ~ tick
walking/swimming excellent
water - like you, not good
body creams etc - excellent
go to bed early - good (except weekend which is allowed imho)
eat healthily - some good, some not so good... I am definately in Autumn cooking mode but also
I am NOT happy some of the time (issues with ex over ds) and this sends me into comfort eating... am managing somehow (exercise?) to maintain weight but really need to start shifting it again if I want to feel good about me by the party season...

Well done on getting some sort of control over hte house... I've forgotten what that is

I'm really trying to do the 'bed by 10.30pm' thing which is cutting into my MNetting

Hope you have regained your oomph Winnie? I know what you mean about autumn cooking, its back to big slow cooker stews in this house (and DH has already mentioned 'dumplings' damn him!)

  • Sunscreen - sadly failing miserably
  • No booze - tick
  • Walking - 3 mile run this morning in the dark though in bright moonlight plus school and pre-school runs
  • Water - not brilliant
  • Body cream - tick
  • Hand cream - tick
  • Go to bed early, by 10.30pm - trying very hard. Have also banned kittens from the bedroom and am sleeping better as not being woken several times a night being used as a trampoline
  • Eat healthily - not too bad
  • Be happy - yes. More sleep helps, as does Vaxing the living room carpet - its sad but true how domestic things such as a clean carpet and tidied up living room can make me so happy

Here's to a good week (and a slightly later than planned bedtime )

Well bed was about 11pm last night, trying for better tonight, 9 mins to go!

  • Sunscreen - just rubbish
  • No booze - tick
  • Walking - school and pre-school runs
  • Water - not brilliant
  • Body cream - tick, though need sort out my feet before they get hidden away for the next 5 mths
  • Hand cream - tick
  • Go to bed early, by 10.30pm - still trying
  • Eat healthily - not bad, nice kedgeree for dinner and resisted the cheese and crackers DH was scoffing later
  • Be happy - yes. Did more stuff on Sage today and although I messed it up I realised that I had and knew why which counts as progress in my book
feetheart · 14/10/2009 22:32

In bed about on time last night though waking at 4am doesn't help overall sleep total, dozed till 5.45 then got up and went for a run! Going to be tired but fit

  • Sunscreen - still rubbish
  • No booze - tick
  • Walking - 2 mile run then school and pre-school runs
  • Water - not brilliant again!
  • Body cream - tick though need Flexitol
  • Hand cream - tick
  • Go to bed early, by 10.30pm - hope so
  • Eat healthily - did well today though made Nigella plum cake which obviously involves eating mixture() and then tasting the end product. Another good one from Nigella
  • Be happy - yes. Feeling very 'domestic goddess' as made said cake and home-made pizzas for tea. Also managed to make a start on DS's room as he seems to have hidden his floor!

Says 10.30pm on here so must be bedtime.

feetheart, although being here at 00.07 indicates I am being rubbish tonight (hblush]
I am generally being good including having done two x 1mile swims in last tow days which I am feeling very proud of!

I have been out with girlfriends tongiht and am rather drunk but generally all going well... am simply shite at reporting back!

Have child's birthday party this weekend so expect to eat both cake, crisps and chocoalte!

Glad all is going well with you
