Hi, just got sent one of these 30% off offers and wondering if I should be going and having a look or not wasting my time. It says on the blurb that Grazia say its their best collection ever but lately I never seem to see anything that great (have 4 extra to print off if anyone wants me to email them). Thanks.

Oh I love hte medieval peasant look. Noddy, they are a little maternity, but then I do have a sticking out stomach so can't do fitted stuff really

noddyholder · 10/09/2009 14:48

I thought it was lovely but didn't have time to try I find smocky makes my pot belly look worse and fitted better but I am odd!

fishie · 10/09/2009 15:12

the brown is actually very dark purple when you get it out of their lights

dexter73 · 10/09/2009 17:44

I bought this which looked much nicer on than in that photo!

LibrasBiscuitsOfFortune · 10/09/2009 18:11

Dexter I bought that as well, tis gorgeous, unfort they only had it in dark grey but thought the light grey was nicest.

GetThePartyStarted · 10/09/2009 18:21

tattycoram · 10/09/2009 18:33

Not sure, I was doing a lunchtime dash so didn't really browse.

LibrasBiscuitsOfFortune · 10/09/2009 18:38

I had quite a thorough look round and didn't see that blazer in the guildford branch.

Thelongroadhome · 10/09/2009 19:26

I saw that jacket when I went past last week Noah but I'm in Edinburgh. I quite liked it in a reminded me of my hacking jacket from the 80s sort of way.

Have just found that I have another 5 vouchers that people could have as last time I signed my son up. Just remembered and the email was sitting in his junk box. So, if anyone still needs one just let me know and I can forward them.

hoxtonchick · 10/09/2009 19:48

god the gap website is shite. i love purple dresses... and i trust fishie & tattycoram's taste implicitly. hmmmm.

Thelongroadhome · 10/09/2009 19:52

I'm fancying the purple dress too although some dresses like that make me look pregnant while others hide my belly. Also fancying that cardi.

Have sent you one MrsAlwaysRight.

If anyone is after a denim skirt I got one and its great. Good length and as I am usually a M&S size 20 I magically fit into a gap 18 one!!

janeite · 10/09/2009 20:02

Oh yes please The Long Road Home - janeitemumsnet at hotmail dot com
Thanks.

LibrasBiscuitsOfFortune · 10/09/2009 20:04

bollocks I was looking for a denim skirt. The Guildford branch is CRAP.

tattycoram · 10/09/2009 20:17

Gah! I would have got you one. They were pretty much sold out though, had to hunt around.

LibrasBiscuitsOfFortune · 10/09/2009 20:21

Were they the dark pencil skirt? I did see some denim mini skirts but they would have barely covered my butt. The needlecord miniskirts were lovely as well but didn't have my size.

NoahAmin · 10/09/2009 20:21

Hoxtola
i have mailed you

NoahAmin · 10/09/2009 20:22

how short were cord skirts?
coudl i wear to work?

LibrasBiscuitsOfFortune · 10/09/2009 20:24

Just above the knee. Erm if your work is suits - no, if it's smart casual - maybe.

NoahAmin · 10/09/2009 20:25

yes
tis an Heducational Hestablishemnt so maybe if i sew some cord pads on the arse?

Ewe · 10/09/2009 21:24

I think I saw that blazer in Oxford St branch.

Thanks for the voucher Libras, I got two luverly dresses for me for work and this gorgeous coat for DD. Dry clean only however which I may live to regret!
