Is Reiki any good?

I'm wondering if I should have Reiki the night before my wedding or will I benefit more from a normal massage?

I wouldn't do either the night before - can often release various toxins and leave you feeling a bit crappy for 24 hrs

Ruins a good nap if you ask me.

Go for a relaxing swedish massage. Just make sure you're not allergic to the oils in advance.

Reiki is fab, if you've never had it before though, I wouldn't do anything new the night before your wedding, I had girls round, watched chick flicks and ate pizza, very relaxing

It's wonderful but don't have it the night before your wedding. Like others say, you can feel a bit rubbish the day after while things clear your system, and you need to drink loads of water too.
