Cleaning out make-up draw. Need a poll verdict on my eyeshadows?

Should I just throw it all away. I have eyeshadows that are 7 years old! I can't wear make-up at work so hardly used. Should I chuck them?
& some blusher about 5 years old?
& nail varnish various vintages!
Should I start again?
