Monsoon Bargains!

I went to have a browse in the sale at monsoon. I got a beautiful wrap dress in teal, for £16.50, reduced from £55. I am VERY pleased!

And DD got an even better bargain. She found a crop cardi with an extra button, so no button hole, it was reduced to £6, nice lady at the till let us have it for £4, because of the fault. Have snipped the button off, good as new!!

I am very happy!!

In town on my own today. Let me at the shops.

I bought a pretty black applique skirt for £16.50 too. Less than two weeks ago I was going to buy it for £44 and changed my mind. Sooo happy that I did!

I got some lovely navy linen trousers for £13.50!

Got dds a dress each, they are 3 and 4, £11 for both. Would have cost £55 full price. I am very pleased with myself. Also got them gorgeous flipflops £8 down to £2.40.

I bought some great black trousers for £20 reduced from £40.
Bootcut, fit like jeans but smart enough for work.

Oooh, just remembered! Bought a lovely scarf for my friend. Was marked down from £18 to £12 but when I got it to the till it was £5. It's really lovely too.

I got DD a pale green wool coat for a tenner, reduced from £35

I'm taking my dress back

I tried it on and looked like a big, fat, teal hippo

Went into my local Monsoon today. They had loads of sale stuff 70% off but all of it very 'iffy'

BethAndHerBrood - The dresses from there look terrible on me too. I tried some on and look like a big sack of spuds!

Why do they never have anything good in the sale when I go and look? We have a very small branch, but even so...
