Boden Children's sizes for an adult?

I really want one of the girls long, wool coats in grey, I'm 5.4, size 8 and can usually fit into teenager size stuff but have no idea what the sizes are like in the older kid's Boden sizes.

Can always send it back if it doesn't fit but do they come up big or small? I suppose the arms being too short would be the main problem and whether or not it goes in at the waist like adult long coats do.

My children are younger than the size you are looking at, but I find that the tops come up small, eg for my (small) 6 year old I buy 7-8.
The trousers I find come up big.

I buy my ds age 10 and can squeeze into his hoody when desperate. I'm a 12 and 5'6''.
