Boden cocked up and I am £20 better off...

for the 3rd time this week, they have sent the wrong colour cardi- they are obviously bagged-up worngly.

The label says one colour , whereas the item is another colour- I told them after receiving the 2nd one- the 3rd arrived today! same wrong colour.

They have refunded me £20 for inconvenience.

Nice. Free Boden cash.

Cropped cash cardi- I want grape and the label on bag says grape but the cardi in the bag is DAMSON! and has been all 3 times...groan.

i want 2 pairs of boden boots...am depserately trying to figure out a way to get them for not much cash...

They once gave me a £20 credit but only after they'd failed to refund £200 for months. Do find their customer services really nice to talk to but have endless problems with refunds - maybe they're trying to put me off returning so much.
