On the basis that I will never get reds to match, can I wear

This dress (which I have)

with this cardigan (which I have yet to buy, but am open to sugguestions]]

And what about shoes? I just don't do heels. Not high ones anyway. It is for a christening, followed by garden party.

Sorry, above meant that cardy in the "cerise" colour, but have also noticed the Rich Rose, which might work.

if the red in question is a proper red or a darker red (up to maroon) then that's fine - it's when your red is slightly orange that you can't mix the two.

if you don't do heels just throw on a pair of sandals.
black is fine, or brown would be better.

lovely dress, btw

oh, yeah, take the one that's rich rose.
