Has anyone paid for a personal shopper/stylist at Bluewater?

Either the Style Clinic or Elizabeth Bonnici (or any others) - were they worth paying for?

A friend of mine used the personal shopper at John Lewis there and was very pleased. She considered it to be good value for money, but I do have a vague memory of her being very lucky and getting a stylist on a sale day, which apparently they don't usually do.
