LOVELY coats in Asda, £25, v v pretty

[Barstardio]

They have got these cotton, light green coats with a kind of almost ric-rac type edging, lined in beautiful bird pattern lining...go and have a look if you are going there anyway, £25 was too much for me as I have a few too many coats, But boy did I dither in the trolley, out the trolley, in again, out again.

They are so nice.
Please someone go and get one so I can enjoy it vicariously.

They had all sizes so maybe a new style, have a look in your shop. Pale green, next to the business suits and so on.

Was it officey or 'going to the park' style?

It was park I'd say but deffo a smart day out, not your scruffy type of thing at all - it was almost Bodenesque

The only thing was it made you a bit busty, iyswim - the waist was high. I like a lower waist really for maximum slendering.

Oh and woodenish buttons.

You could get it now and wear it in the autumn...it's lined and quite thick so a bit warm for right now.

Well I think actually it wasn't, though I adore rick rack...I think it was pinked, using pinking shears. It had that effect anyway.
