it was a very rare impulse buy, normally I am a grumpy bastard and tight-fisted to boot

but they sort of called to me across the shop floor

oh no.....don't go for pearly green nail polish on your toes - you will look like you have some kind of nail bed fungal infection.

Pink would be lovely. Oh and I have coveted those sandals myself - they did them last year in plain diamante but those are so pretty with the pink tones
