Where can I get a long tiered skirt to cover up and stay cool?

Those skirts are very (sshhh) mumsy. Would you consider an alternative? Or do you have your heart set on one? Why are you keen on covering up?

I think long skirts can work if worn with fitted top and flat flat ethnicy sandals and brown feet!And if they are not voluminous. But I fear it's the tiers which make them look a tad old fashioned.

Mrsm. I work in a secondary school and am not exposing my pale, unfaked, ready to be waxed legs to the eyes of 15 year olds. But I am looking for a stylish boho-y one?? And I promise to wear my g-string / tattoo / mini combo as soon as I've done my legs.
