I know this has been done before, but can you help me?

Basically, am I a 32 or a 34?

For years I have worn a 34A. Now my boobs have grown a bit, I have gone up to what I thought was a 34B. However, my rib cage/underbust measurement is just 30.5 inches. So I reckon I should be a 32.

Most of my M&S bras are a 34B or in one case a 34C. I tend to find 32 inches just too tight, although I have got the 34s fastened on the tightest hook.

Am I needing to get used to the tighter feel of a 32? In which case I need a 32C as a 32B just squashes what I've got!

(I know that 32C is the same as 34B).

Also, if you wear a bra which has a plunging front and a small connecting strip between the cups- if the strip is not lying flat against your ribs, does this mean the cups are too small?

yes 32. it should feel tight not loose.

the middle bit should sit flat against your ribs.

the wire of the cups should sit against your ribs too, not on any breast tissue.

the back should be the same level height as the front.

the back should not ride up if you raise your arms.

your boobs should not be held up by the straps they should be held up by the cups IYSWIM.

maybe try a D cup?

Good idea- I will be so thrilled to go from an A cup to a D cup!!

32C, or possibly 32D.
