Vouchers for 21 year old bloke - which shop?

As title basically!

We are going to his party this weekend and his mum has suggested (after I asked) that as he is always so scruffy we could get him vouchers for a clothes shop.

But where do 21 year old blokes shop? He is sporty and has just graduated in London if that helps...

Ideas anyone?

What about for one of the big department stores as they always have loads of concessions there so he will have a wide choice?
