Help me find some summer shoes please!

OK so I have size 8 boats feet and I am nearly 6 feet tall. I can't wear thong-type flip flops as they hurt my toes, and my feet are not really a thing of beauty. I need some sandal-type things that I can get on in a hurry, drive in and walk reasonable distances in, without getting too sweaty or getting blisters. I have got a pair of tie-round-the-ankles espadrille things but can't wear them all the time. Confession time - I used to buy M&S footglove slip-ons but they don't seem to sell them any more

I have tried these on and they are sooo comfy,shame about the strap going across the ankle but tbh that keeps them comfy on long walks I should think.

I have ordered them for wearing under linen trews and jeans so I won't see the offending strap,my size were reduced to £39 ,shame the 8's aren't..but you may detest them.
