Shoes to go with Black and Ivory dress, especially interested in spotty shoes

I have a long line shift dress in satiny fabric which I am squeezing self into despite being 36 weeks pregnant. I need shoes to go with it.

I can do heels but not too spiky ridiculous as I may fall over. Wedges will just make ankles look swollen I think, plus I have big feet for my height.

Plain black will be a bit too much I think as is day wear - Christening.

Not seen any yet. The ones I have seen have too spiky heels.

Oh, the dress is a sort of circle print in Black and Ivory. Not a polka dot exactly. Circles are size of your thumb nail approx.
