stylish ladies please help......need a statement dress for v glam wedding

going to 3 weddings and 1 will be v glitzy/glam affair so need a real stand out dress but also very elegant and stylish.

am size 10 and 5'7 and style is fashionable but classic. want a wow dress.

budget of up to about £250 as will wear to all 3 dos and really want to love it. ordered 3 dresses from net a porter but none fitted right or had the wow factor.

please help!!!!

cornsilk - not yet but emailed them re return so going back at start of week. is it really the blue one with flowers in a 44 you want??!! amazing coincidence if it is!! i saw in a mag and fell in love!!

I want it in a 12 - I phoned them on Friday and they said that there was one coming back and they'd keep it for me and phone me when they had it! Will it fit a 12? I'm a 10ish 12 but norks are definitely a 12.

omg - cant believe you are getting my dress! what an unbelievably small world! really hope it fits you. i too am 10ish 12 but c cup and was too big on me. i have small waist and it just hung on me tbh. though am prob more of a 10 when it comes to dresses unless v fitted over thighs and bum! is def a size 12.
is beautiful dress though - what occasion have you got??

2nd okay but nothing special iykwim!

cornsilk - please post me a few dresses as we clearly have same taste|!!!!!! i need your help - will hold dres hostage!!!!!

jackieno - love colour not sure re trpeze style having just been pg twice in 2 years have had fill of loose clothes and thought fitted but do love it - also havent got my size

cornsilk - lovely lovely but not sure if navy exciting enough.

I thought the size was a size 10 equivalent, but I know what you mean about wanting something more fitted .

cornsilk - that is more like it have always wanted an issa. not sure if blue a touch too bright a shade but green good. mmay be a little lowcut though??
