Advice on Oil Cleaning Method please

Ok, I got my castor oil this morning. I have dryish skin but prone to evil hormonal spot outbreaks around mouth.

As going to 80% olive oil, 20% castor with a few drops of lavender as I believe it promotes healing and has antiseptic properties?

Just wanted to see if my proportions are right!

Also - how much oil to do you actually use each cleanse?

try that but increase proportion of olive oil if your skin feels tight

i use about a 10p size blob of oil

thank you!
been doing it for about a month i think...i started off with the same proportions as you but reduced the castor oil to about 5% as it was drying my skin....it did bring the under the skin spots to the surface quite quickly and my skin looks as good as it ever does and feels very soft and not tight...result!

when doing it remember to moisturise your hands well as some of us found it really dried the skin on them

good luck

Thanks pollywobble. Tried for the first time last night and my skin felt lovely and clean and soft afterwards.

Point noted on the hands.

Thanks again
