I'm looking for a new bag,big enough to keep nappy and wipes in but not too big as will be used as a handbag. I likethis style but want something a little more handbag like. (However am not a girly girl so nothing too twee). Needs to be long across the body type strap. I'm a bit stuck as shopping isn't my thing. Budget up to about £60 as want to keep it for a long time.

there are lovely ones in costco at the moment. it is canvas, and comes in a dusky sort of ppink or a dusky blueish colour...they are proper baby bags.

i had a big denim messenger style bag from the mens section in next, and then upgraded to a lovely soft brown leather "animal" satchel/messenger bag..

the yummy mummy bags are fab, as are the skip hop ones.

i guess it depends whether you specifically want a proper baby bag or one just big enough to throw all your stuff into.

not much help really am i???

If it wasn't suede, I quite like this

But agree with stitchtime - it does not exist. And I too covet Mulberry (and am kicking myself that I talked dh out of buying me one because it was too expensive)

Thankyou for your messages. To answer your question Chimchar, I don't want a specific baby bag but I do like some of them like the skip hop type. However, (having never seen them in the flesh) I imagine they're too big and have loads of unecessary padded bits inside. It is a handbag first and foremost but I'd like to be able to shove some baby stuff in so I don't have to faff with a seperate bag.

I quite like the style of the bonsai one from Fat Face but not keen on the denim. Ho Hum, off to look again. Probably looking in the mens section is what I should do.
