Be careful of the fakes, apparently they go green or something..
Have a real one but no charms, got the charm booklet and some of them are hideous - a gold toilet or mobile phone?!!

pagwatch · 12/05/2009 22:11

I have one. My DH bought it for me from my DS2 who has SN. He can go in and pick a charm out for on my birthday or christmas

I therefore fully expect I will get the gold toilet at some stage.

I've had two - lost the first one and so got a replacement and have just had my first charm - a silver heart which I love. I think all the cheapie fake ones will go out of fashion and the real nice ones will last forever - or I hope its that way round. How horrible to get it stolen when you had lots of precious charms on it.

shavenhaven · 13/05/2009 14:26

some of them are just a bit nasty looking but the others are lovely.

just been in next and they have a copy for £7-50.

lizandlulu · 13/05/2009 17:19

soke of the charms are really lovely, i love the starfish one, i am thinking of asking for one for my birthday in june. like thelongroadhome says, it would last forever.

Re the Links of London sweetie charm bracelet, have a look at this site - anyone tried it before?

came across it in a search and bookmarked it - so hence here it is...

lizandlulu · 13/05/2009 19:03

does look too good to be true! £49.25 for a bracelet and 5 charms

OP posts:
lizandlulu · 13/05/2009 19:07

odd that everything is all the same price whichever designer it is

OP posts:
LaurieFairyCake · 13/05/2009 19:08

that sites is probably a fake, looks just like another on here last month

www.tiffanysilvers.co.uk

LaurieFairyCake · 13/05/2009 19:11

on the FAQ bit it just says that they are 'genuine sterling silver'. It doesn't claim that they are genuine tiffany or links though.

tiredandwornoutmum · 13/05/2009 19:17

My god that website is fab...tiffany bracelets for less than £50.. is it too good to be true?

LaurieFairyCake · 13/05/2009 19:23

Yes, they are COPIES - just a silver bracelet

lizandlulu · 13/05/2009 19:30

both those sites have the same F A Q and the same kind of answers

OP posts:
tiredandwornoutmum · 13/05/2009 19:41

Oh well.....for minute there I was going to order something!!!

Ruby2shoes · 14/05/2009 18:57
