actualy, have found some black winter tights that will go with the skirt, then I can wear black shoes and a turquise top

yes. you can't wear 3 colours on your bottom half.

you will look even more ridiculous if you go topless though that might distract from your colour combo below.

Have gone for black skirt, black tights, black shoes (bare with me, I know it sounds librarianish), but nice flowey turquise top with cleavage, nice earings and necklace so should distract from black lower half
