I've got narrow shoulders and bony collar-bones too Nellybell (despite being plump elsewhere at the moment).

I agree about current styles being a bit of a nightmare ...

Generally I wear collars (polo shirts and tailored shirts) but that's no good for a wedding (would wrap dresses with collars be difficult for bf too?)

How about trying a square neckline? I find some to be quite good because they cover the shoulders whilst, at the same time, the "square" bit gives the impression of widening the neck and collar-bone area (if that makes sense)

Another idea would be to "soften" a scoop neck or v-neck top by adding a ruffled fine trim (ribbon or lace in same colour as top) to inside of neckline ... maybe?

Or could you wear a boob-tube type top with jacket or wrap over it and disguise decolletage with some funky jewellery (necklaces have to be exactly right though or they emphasise boniness rather than disguise it)

Any good?
