Ive been wondering about them for a while and since someone else suggested it in another thread, i thought i'll ask if anyone had tried.
If you have then, what did you think of it?
Quality of hair cut/ hair color/highlights
Price
is it a children friendly solution?
do you have to make her cake as well?

thanks!

It is child friendly, and cheaper.

However my experience was not good. Brassy highlights which had leaked, and an uneven cut round the back.

If someone can recommend one to you then great, otherwise I would proceed with caution.

Can be good, but some haven't been qualified long or are still training, check they have insurance especially if you are having a colour/highlights.

We have a good one, shes fast but charges me £25 for just a cut, she dampens it down and finishes it off by drying/straightening, i think thats alot but i always get a fab cut that just falls into place. She does my kids for a £5 each and its easier than taking them out for a haircut having to wait around, they can just jump in the bath/shower afterwards. She cuts the little one while hes in his highchair which works well as he hates to be held.

I've been to expensive salons before but the best haircuts have been with our mobile one. I'd keep trying a mobile hairdresser until you find one you like, probably just have a cut first before you let them loose with the colour.

I went to my hairdresser at the salon for two years and she's recently left to go mobile & self-employed. I pay half what I paid in the salon for the identical cut & colour. The DC are a fiver each.

I have recently converted to a mobile hairdresser, and he is ace. My only gripe would be that he does cap highlights rather than foils - so I can't get anything really elaborate done, colourwise, but my hair still looks great, and the whole thing takes an hour instead of 3.

It's £35 for a cut and highlights instead of £65-90
