Once in my far gone youth I decided to dye my very dark brown hair blonde,

It went orange.

So I decided to dye it back brown.

It went green.

I wore a hat.

lol shoshe, did that right before my 6th form ball, first attempt at dying my hair and it went orange. but i was 18, could get away with "novelty" hair.

well I have pink and blonde hair

I suggest you dont dye your bleached blonde hair deep purple as the blue washes out leaving the red and then when you try and dye it all blonde again the roots that have grown (quite alot ) go blonde and the rest goes pink....

I knew the answer to the colour before I even scrolled down!

Any ginge inyour hair and you need peroxide my dear, phone the hairdressers just now for an appointment.

Red is just about the hardest colour to make lighter. (am closet ginge myself and have learned the hard way)

itrs not too bad now, seems to have calmed down
