Probably ebay as until that house is sold we cant be splashing the cash.

I have dressed but think I may need to go more conservative.

Am size 18 with big boobs, don't like my bingowings. Any ideas.

I know I'm quite tempted myself

brimfull · 27/04/2009 23:28

not sure about the colour

twinsetandpearls · 27/04/2009 23:30

Is this obscene or quirky

I do have quite a quirky dress sense and am known for it at school.

another

twinsetandpearls · 27/04/2009 23:31

It is nice but I think it may wash me out ggirl, I tend to wear quite strong colours.

pattern is a bit strange ..but if you can carry it off

how tall are you?

twinsetandpearls · 27/04/2009 23:32

will put my picture back so you can see my colouring.

Are you tall? It might be ok if you're tall. I don't like it, but then I'm not going

twinsetandpearls · 27/04/2009 23:33

ggirl my height is the fly in my ointment as I am 5'3. If it is a Ben De lisi for Debenhams though I have had a few in the past and although they have been altered at the bust or waist the length has been fine with heels.

hmm....I have lots of tits out dresses and am the same size as you. If I was going to dress more conservatively squarely I would wear a camisole to cover cleavage under tits-out dress and a shrug or cardie over the top. Will save you a fortune.

Love that £23 quid dress - may buy it myself

twinsetandpearls · 27/04/2009 23:34

I dont know whether I like it hard to tell from that picture.

To give you a clue of my style I have been in school today in a leopard print dress with purple velvet shoes. I am not shy.

OP posts:
brimfull · 27/04/2009 23:39

yeh you'd need major heels to avoid looking swamped

what about bingo wing

another

jambutty · 27/04/2009 23:39

my last effort - I have to go to bed now. This might be a bit too expensive and I guess you'd want a shrug or shawl

twinsetandpearls · 27/04/2009 23:39

I do have a gold cocktail one shoulder dress with a matching jacket that I could wear. Although I always feel funny about taking the jacket off.

LauriefairycakeeatsCupid · 27/04/2009 23:40

then what's with the ultra conservatism at a prom if you dress all cool and groovy during the day?

brimfull · 27/04/2009 23:40

well you'll need to go to school in shite outfits until prom day

jambutty · 27/04/2009 23:41

Ah, you'd need huge heels with that one to avoid looking like you were wearing a housecoat. I give up. The burkha sounds great. 'Night!

brimfull · 27/04/2009 23:41

jambutty -that is gorgeous!!!

twinsetandpearls · 27/04/2009 23:42

lol at bingo wing!

I am going to try on what I have, perhaps go to marks and debenhams this weekend and maybe order one from littlewoods as I can send it back if it no good.

OP posts:
twinsetandpearls · 27/04/2009 23:44

I tend to buy the whole betty jackson debenhams range for work when it comes in so I know her stuff fits me. A day in Bournemouth I think.

jambutty · 28/04/2009 16:46

Did you find anything Twinset?

twinsetandpearls · 28/04/2009 18:27

Will have to go this weekend, am not 100% sure I will be going as I have just heard my cousin has been given a few months to live so I may be spending time with him/
