I'm looking for high-waisted short shorts

I don't love my legs but I've come to the counter-intuitive conclusion that long shorts look worse on me than short ones do. I'd like some short shorts, then, with a nice high waist to hold my tummy in. I saw some in Miss Selfridges yesterday but they were in heavy denim and looked too hot for the poolside. Any ideas?
