Not too specific am I? Its just that when I'm having my period I can't bear anything tight on my waist and I have resorted to wearing an old pair of maternity pants!!

Hmm.. M&S or Bonmarche might be your best bet! Not the most stylish but prob very comfy .

Or some leggings?

I have one of the M&S ones KingRolo linked to, they are v comfy, and don't look too bad at all.

Brilliant, thankyou both. Anything will look better than my 3 yr old mat trousers!

I second the M&S ones - if cover the back with a long top they do look smart.....but can also slob in them (I have three pairs and live in them in the summer...)

Don't know what size you need but if you're a 12 or above then how about these from Evans. They don't have the tie front detail but the back is elasticated. I'm a size 12, but due to the elastication I find the 14 is fine on me. They also do them in a cropped length which does have the tie front.
