Despite the blastings that Boden gets here, I just want to put in a good word ( touching wood all the time.) I have ordered loads of stuff recently- 90% of which has been sent back...
BUT they are being very efficient these days- more so than before and I have shopped with them ofr centuries. My orders are being delivered in about 3 days, and the refunds are being turned round in about the same- so none of that annoying stuff of having to pay off your credit card even though you have sent them back weeks ago.
I am not saying the clothes are any better- still too much applique, droopy skirts and bright colours for me at times- but at least their mail order system seems to work well.
