As the title suggests, Im going to a 'golf' theme fancy dress.

What on earth do I wear without making myself look like Jimmy Tarbuck?

Something like this maybe? Or this?

This is tres chic. Very classy!

Just realised it was you looking for the Argyle type vest top ealier. If it's just for a fancy dress party why not buy it all on Ebay.

Vest top.

Golfing trousers.

Golfing gloves.

Visors.

OMFG

But golfers look like arses by default. No need for fancy dress surely since just by being a golfer [or even loosely affiliated to said pasttime] one raises a titter?

Think laterally. Just whizz through all the common phrases connected with golf and get creative.

How about going as a golf widow? Wear a fab LBD with heels and put a black net veil and sunglasses on. You'll look sexy and raise some laughs.

Well that sounds like a fun event

Sorry, probably a good friend of yours..

Its actually for a Hen night.

The bride used to be a big golf buff as a teen apparently, so her bridesmaids think its a hilarious idea.

I dont mind dressing up, just think its a bit of a strange outfit. We can make it look cool/sexy (apparently, although I haven't worked out how yet)

My next hen event is in july- for that, the bridesmaids have suggested a football theme (???). You wont catch me in a nylon top an jeans, so im dressing as a 'WAG'
