Pull it off, will it grow back

I pulled off a skin tag on my chest (close to my armpit) two years ago. Bled like hell but healed to a teeny scar and has never grown back.

tie a piece of cotton round it and it'll drop off!

how teeny tiny? if really teeny can pick off with tweezers. i'm a wuss and have left various skin tags and am now too wussy to do anything and they are very unsightly.

Its very small, too small to tie cotton around, but shortly after putting make-up on it turns black from the eyeliner and ends up looking like I slipped with the pencil.

also youcan't be walking around with cotton dangling for 3 days. The dr could freeze it off

Get it with tweezers.
It won't grow back.

Lots of beauticians who do electrolysis can take skin tags off.
