Tall and pregnant, I need decent maternity clothes, HELP!!

I am 6ft 1 inch tall, and 10weeks pregnant.

Buying clothes has always been a challenge, (with longer length of arms, body, and legs,) but now with everything being too tight, I am desperate to find some decent and flattering clothes!!!! All suggestions gratefully received.

( Long Tall Sally have cut there range of maternity clothes to just one pair of trousers!)

my tall (and until recently, pregnant) friend directed me (also tall, also pregnant) to Haute Mama www.hautemama.co.uk
and advised me to get the J Brand Love Story jeans. They are fan-bloody-tastic. Long of leg, flattering of thigh, high cut at back, low & under bump at front.
Pricey but well worth it.
I am just over 5'10" and have to wear with a heel to avoid hem drag, so you would probably be able to get away with flats since you have 3 inches on me.

My other fave buy has been a Paul & joe sister dress from mywardrobe.com (MNers get 10% off) Think it's called Orphee? comes in black and orange for about £80. Not maternity but works perfectly anyway because of the cut

sod it, hang on, I'll link to it
here you go

Thank you , you're a star!!

I run my own shop, and a little style is always needed and so desperately lacking in my currently greatly reduced wardrobe. Love the dress, and going to have a look at the jeans now.

I am 6ft 1 too and sympathise!
Next xl jeans were ok, and they do a tall range too now, but not too sure about maternity. I used to find terrible problems with tops, and i admit that in the end i was wearing dh's jumpers and rugby shirts!
But the advantage of being 'average' height is that you won't get massive (i didn't really start looking preg until about 25 wks!) so you may get away with a 'band' you can add to your clothes - try www.tallgirls.co.uk, i'm pretty sure they do one!
Good luck.

Isabella Oliver trousers are lloooonnnggg. And their tops have plenty of length too. Also pricey but gorgeous and great basics- I lived in their T-shirts.

the Next tall jeans are verrrry long. I'm 6ft and they are dragging on the ground for me, I had to fold them under about 2 inches. Their skinny ones were only £25, so you could just get a pair in a larger size to tide you over? I didnt need to start wearing maternity trousers till I was 6+ months, and then just got some from Top Shop, their Eva jean, which werent quite long enough for my liking, but did the job ok.

Try www.mummylonglegz.co.uk. They have trousers in 35" & 37" inside leg so should be long enough plus will last through whole pregnancy and after

Next jeans for me too. Bought 2 dresses from Blooming Marvellous and these fit really well - good length and good sleeve length. (I'm 6 ft}
