Instructions for use please! HR peeling gel-lotion night renewal stuff

I have some Helena Rubinstein "Life Ritual peeling gel-lotion night renewal skincare" and I cannot for the life of me work out how to use it or indeed what it's suppose to do and where it fits into an evening skincare routine. Does anyone have any wise advice?

Is it a kind of exfoliating mask? Would you cleanse, apply it and then rub or peel it off, then tone and moisturise? Sounds like it from the description. Haven't ever had any so don't take my word for it.

I have no idea - it looks the wrong consistency to be a mask but I don't want to apply it and leave it if it's supposed to be washed off, or vice versa. It can just be consiged to the shelf in the bathroom filled with products I have no use for!
