Last night I cleansed with baby wipes, massaged with olive oil and then did a mask of melted honey for fifteen minutes and then finished off with night cream.
And indeed my skin does look lovely.
Dh did not know I had done this he was at work but this morning he said you look different ,your eyes look lifted like a face lift.

What do you do with the honey??

IamAlsoADreamer · 29/03/2009 22:18

warm it and then brush on my face avoiding eyes and hairline obviously, leave for 10-15 minutes and then rinse off.
I used to be a beauty therapist pre bambino so it was'nt a complete shot in the dark.
but I had forgotten just how good honey was-but you must make sure it is only just warm[easier to spread] or else you will scald yourself!
try it it really is fab!

what kind of homey? clear? set?

(or am I being thick )

Pesha · 29/03/2009 22:21

Is it good for all skin types?

IamAlsoADreamer · 29/03/2009 22:22

does'nt matter cos you are gonna warm it but when you paint it on your skin do it over a sink cos it can get a bit messy [I did not spill any but best be prepared]
but honest try it today my skin is so soft and i do look tightened and glowy ifyswim

if you have potential spots lurking just under the skin coz youve been a lazy mare about properly cleansing face at night for a while... will this help them go away, or help them erupt all over the shop??
need to know ! (but thanks for tip anyway - sounds good!)

IamAlsoADreamer · 30/03/2009 14:25

pesha yes
ratface You may pop out all over but you may not too -but they have to come out at some point but honey is also very calming too so that will also help to reduce any redness.
