My waist disappeared after pregnancy I'm 2 stone lighter than I was pre pg, but still no waist

Waist clinchers are the answer

I found the same and started pilates and a class called bodybalance (pilates and yoga mixed) and now I can happily say I have more of a waist than I ever had before (I have had 2 children) and it took only a few months before the difference was noticable.

I've been mourning the loss of my waist too.

Measured it and it is 33inches

Have horrid muffin top in all my clothes and a lot of my tops are just too tight round the middle.

Is this middle aged spread do you think.....

Just bought Davina's dvd but never seem to have the energy to do it!

Ladies, I refer you to this thread. Twinset's tip was top.

No, my skin is nice and tight too (except when I sit down, but I think that is the norm after 2 children!)
