Anyone had photorejuvination?

I'm going for my first treatment on the 2nd April, im going to get my spiderveins zapped on my face and tshirt V and tighten up my skin.
Anyone else had this done and were you pleased with the results?

Its £90 for both areas, I live kinda out of town, so things are a bit cheaper.
Was looking in Glasgow and its normally about £60 a session, so would have been £120 if I went there.
