Please help me find a dress.

In July we are going on a diner train for our wedding anniversary. It isn't black tie as such but they have said the dress code is quite posh.

I will hopefully be a size 14 or a 12 at a push. I am 5'8 and I'm quite big chested. I really like maxi dresses but I need to be able to get on and off a train.

I'm trying to get it planned in advance so I can start looking for accessories too.
